- When we deliver our services: If your organization books one of our Unconsultants services, we may collect names and contact information of participants to share prep materials, follow-up notes, or facilitate communication.
- If you’re a certified Unconsultant: We store your name, contact details, certification date, and areas of expertise. With your permission, we may use this information to match you with relevant client opportunities.
- When you give feedback: We may invite you to share feedback after a session. Responses are stored for one year and then anonymized. If we’d like to publish your feedback, we’ll ask for your explicit permission first.
- When you contact us directly: If you send us a message through our contact form, we retain that data to follow up. Public comments remain visible unless you request their removal.
We only share your data with trusted partners who help us deliver our services. These include:- Unconsultants and advisors we match you with
- Service providers supporting our operations, such as:
